Now whilst we are specialist in this field and do these types of cleans day in day out each project presents its only challenges. This warehouse presented several problems during the initial clean and was running much behind plan. Not everything in business runs as you plan and why pretend it does. JCD will be conducting high level cleans to two areas that have accumulated some dust over the past 10 years and will require a skill set not within the general cleaning teams capabilities onsite. Looking to get this one done in late June as this is a quiet time for the Excel and will make working with access equipment in public spaces easier. They talk the talk, JCD walk the walk. Industrial warehouse cleaning can present a wide range of technicalities with various pieces of equipment in place, stock left in the building. JCD Cleaning carry out a wide range of warehouse cleaning services, the most recent being a dilapidation clean to 4 units ready to hand over to a new owner. A full internal wash down to the ceiling, walls and floors, externally the shell will also be washed down and a full brick cleaning service. This one was for a regular client of ours and included a full internal and external clean of 6 newly constructed industrial units in the Rochester area. A full Clean was carried out from ceiling to floors internal using a mix of high level access equipment and industrial machinery. Post build/construction is an area all contractors “think” they can do. Easy to talk the talk but we walk the walk. Some are more complex than others. Bottom line, we get things done right first time simples. The #JCDCleaning team have a large project handing over this week for a well know automotive brand. Ensuring the new purpose built property is ready for it’s grand opening next week welcoming top executives from all over #Europe Warehouse Cleaning is something often over looked by companies with the out of sight out of mind mentality.
