Covid-19 cases in the UK are expected to escalate rapidly.

Whilst we are able, we will remain operational as normal, with our teams active on site and our head office open. As always our main priority is health and safety. One of the most common questions we get asked when someone comes to us for cleaning is - how soon can you begin my project?

Many things need to be considered before commencing a contract cleaning or one off cleaning project. And, one of the most common questions we get asked when someone comes to us for cleaning is - how soon can you begin my project?

Although we get asked this question allot, the answer does vary depending on your current cleaning situation.

Some things which typically need to be considered include – are you currently outsourcing? Do you deliver the cleaning in-house? How many cleaning staff do you have currently? We will also need to take into account any transferring of existing cleaning employees to our employment.

But as a general rule of thumb, we find that from the time our proposal is accepted and we agree terms and conditions, we can start a
contract within two to four week’s time.

From then, it gives us plenty of time to decide what needs to be done. If we need to recruit additional staff, it also gives us time to do that and it also allows us to get any equipment and mobilise any other products that we need on site and make sure that it is ready from day one of your cleaning project.

The specialist cleaning side of our business can vary but we can offer quick services in case of an emergency!
In our industry we often find we need to deal with reactive situations. Sometimes we need to begin the job instantly for an
emergency. This could be if your property is flooded and it needs cleaning-up after a flood, a leak or
fire. In these situations we know that time is of the essence and in such situation, we act quickly.

A two-week time period in this instance is not going to be helpful to clients. So we will work around our
client’s needs and offer some reactive service with generally a shorter time frame of 24 to 48 hours.

Once book an appointment or commit to cleaning your premises at a certain time, we don’t change that. We know that it is key your space is clean and presentable to clients and any delay can impact on your business.
